Unlike environmentally dangerous Coal Tar Based Sealer, our product is more environmentally sensitive.
We only use Asphalt Based Sealer fortified with hardening agents and up to 2 lbs. of silica sand aggregate per gallon.

Unlike store bought sealer which contains 25% raw material mixed with 75% water....
Our asphalt sealer contains 75% raw material mixed with only 25% water, the same sealer we use on commercial parking lots.
Since our sealer is made from asphalt minerals, it will restore the Jet Black Finish that has been stripped away by the sun, acid rain, road salt, plowing and natural erosion. Coal tar is not as dark and occasionally dries slightly Brown.
Our sealer will appear blacker, have little to no odor, is slip resistant and once cured will not track in to your home.
Seal coating provides your driveway with resistance from chemical attacks from automobile leaks, lawn mowers, snow blowers etc. Additionally, snow removal is easier and faster after seal coating.

Patching
Replacing an entire driveway can be costly. It isn't always the only option.
Saw cutting, removing and patching rough "gatored" areas or holes can extend the service life and maintain the appearance of your driveway for a fraction of the cost of replacement.

We can provide you with several options so that you can decide what will be best for you.
Replacements And Overlays
When a driveway has outlived its service life ie; large percentage of alligaor cracks, missing pieces, severe rutting, prior overlay failure etc. complete removal and replacement may be necessary. We can help you determine if this is the best option for you.
You may not be financially ready to completely remove and replace your driveway. However there is an effective alternative.
In many cases 1.5 to 2 inches of compacted asphalt can be overlayed on top of your existing driveway.

What we do:
Grade depressions or "birdbaths" can be filled with cold patching material & compacted leaving a slight crown.
Although cost effective for "quick fixes" this type of cosmetic repair it will not last the life of your driveway.
*Based on industry standards, this type of repair is considered temporary and carries a 90 day warranty.
